$90.00 application fee due by 1st Orientation (August 16th). Last day to enter is by August 23rd with a $20.00 late fee.

2. Click "Proceed to Cart” to pay the non-refundable entrance fee in order to officially enter our program

3. After the entry fee is paid, you will receive two emails. First, a confirmation of your order email, and second, a digital download of our Welcome Participant’s PDF
